  • Under the Patronage of Dubai Culture & Arts Authority

    12th September, 00:00

We are pleased to announce that the upcoming Rest Upon the Wind is officially under the Patronage of Dubai Culture & Arts Authority. This is a great recognition to our efforts in bringing culturally themed events to Dubai, starting with this London West End's play on one of the world's greatest poets - Khalil Gibran. We look forward to bringing many such future events to the Dubai community and we thank Dubai Culture & Arts Authority for their tremendous support.

  • Nadim Sawalha to join panel on Khalil Gibran and poetry

    12th July, 18:25

You might be familiar with the award wining actor and script-writer Nadim Sawalha from James Bond movie Spy Who Loved Me and George Clooney’s Syriana.

On the matinée day, Nadim and the creators of Rest Upon the Wind will be joining the stage after the play to open a dialogue with the audience on Khalil Gibran and Arab poetry.

It will be also interesting to hear Nadim’s first hand experience on writing the script for this play, particularly what influences that he’s had while choosing the direction of the story.’’

The dialogue will only happen once, on the
matinée day Saturday 20th October, so make sure you secure your seat!
